I would like to reschedule my next refill or pause my inne strip plan

We fully understand that sometimes, plans change and you might need your new inne Strips sooner or later than scheduled. If you wish to reschedule your upcoming inne strip refill, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and navigate to 'inne Strip plan => status, shipping & billing'.

Here you have the option to flexibly reschedule deliveries within the app for 14 days in case of vacation or a longer trip.

In case you need to pause your inne Strip plan for a longer period, please contact us directly at support@inne.io or use the support chat in your inne app.
