We ensure you always receive 24 strips from the same LOT within your monthly refill so that you can use one monthly strip supply per cycle.
Your monthly deliveries contain enough Strips for all 'important' measurements in your cycle (including a few extra Strips). On days marked as 'optional measurement', however, you do not need to take the saliva test.
For the inne Minilab to give you the most accurate results, it is important that you only use strips from the same LOT number within one cycle.
In case you find that you don't have sufficient strips from the same LOT for all 'important measurements' of your cycle, please contact us at support@inne.io or through the inne app's settings => help & support section. Our support team is here for you and will provide you with additional strips of your current LOT.
