How and when can I cancel my inne Strip plan?

When you order your inne Minilab, you will also receive your first inne Strip supply. When you can cancel your subscription depends on the model you choose - the monthly plan you select defines the term.

You can view your selected plan within your inne app by tapping on your profile icon and selecting “inne Strip subscription => Status, shipping & payment”.

Your subscription is automatically renewed after the first term so that you don't have any interruptions. If you do want to pause or cancel, simply write to us at support@inne.io at least 24 hours before the next renewal - we'll take care of it!
