How and when can I cancel my inne Strip plan?

When ordering your inne minilab, you’ll receive your inne reader together with the first monthly supply of inne strips. Based on the plan you choose you can cancel your subscription after a set period of time:

• Monthly plan: cancellable monthly
• 3 months plan: after the 3rd monthly payment has been processed
• 12 months plan: after the 12th monthly payment has been processed

If you wish to continue your subscription afterwards, all plans will renew automatically for another 1 month. To cancel your plan, just send an email to support@inne.io up to 24 hours before it is set to renew.
