Do I have to measure every day?

With inne you don't have to measure every day, but only on the marked important measurements.

Regardless of the individual cycle length, the important measurements are a maximum of 22 days per cycle, so the 24 inne strips supplied each month usually cover these well.

Intuitively follow the rhythm of important and optional measurements using your Daily Tracker in your inne app:

So use this as a guide to determine whether an important measurement is due and use your progesterone strips for this.
Optional measurements “frame” the important measurements and can therefore be found at the beginning and end of the cycle.

If you have already used strips for all important measurements in the cycle, you can use the remaining strips for optional measurements.
