Are there any rules for the daily saliva test?

We invite you to experiment and actively explore saliva collection to find a comfortable method, time and place to take the daily test. Once you get the hang of it, it will feel like second nature!

However, in order to record accurate progesterone levels, it is important to follow these rules:

1. Take the test inside your personal 4-hour testing window - otherwise, the result won't be accepted by the inne app. That said, it is not a problem if your measurement started in time, but ended after your testing window had already closed. In that case, your result will still be accepted.
   
   
2. Make sure that no foreign substances have been in your mouth 30 minutes prior to testing (e.g. no eating, drinking, kissing, tooth brushing, mouthwash, chewing gum).
   
   
3. Alternatively, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and wait 10 minutes before taking the test.
